These Terms and Conditions apply to the "Taylor Swift Eras Tour Tickets at Wimbledon" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organized by Bubble ("Organizer").
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 16 years or over. Participants between the ages of 16 and 18 must obtain parental consent prior to entering.
Employees of the Organizer, their families, agents, and anyone else professionally connected with this Giveaway are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Requirements
Participants must follow @bubble on TikTok.
Participants must post a TikTok video using the hashtag #InMyBubbleEra, explaining why they should win the tickets. Creativity is encouraged.
@Ambassadors must post their video using the hashtag #InMyBubbleAmbassadorEra.
Entries must be submitted by 10am GMT on Monday, 8/12/24.
4. Prize
Social Prizes:
2 tickets each to 2 winners for VIP Box Seats to see Taylor Swift perform at the Eras Tour on 19 August, 2024. Prize value: $4500
Community Prizes:
3 tickets for VIP Box Seats to see Taylor Swift perform at the Eras Tour on 19 August, 2024. Prize value: $2250
Travel and accommodation are not included.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity and originality.
Winners will be notified via TikTok Direct Message by August 13th, 2024
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Privacy Policy
Personal data provided by participants will be used by the Organizer solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.
The Organizer will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Taylor Swift, the Eras Tour, or any of their affiliates.
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the participants by any third party connected with this Giveaway.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.
8. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents, or distributors will not, in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
